1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kingdom Siege TD ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Description of Service

Kingdom Siege TD is a tower-defense and kingdom-building game. It offers campaign battles, hero collection, kingdom management, and optional in-app purchases and subscriptions for virtual items and boosts.

3. Accounts

• The Game can be played anonymously. Signing in with Apple or Google saves your progress and allows it to sync across devices.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your account or attempt to access other players' accounts.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

• The Game offers consumable in-app purchases (such as gems and starter packs) and auto-renewing subscriptions.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policies.
• Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or payment provider settings.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful purpose
• No unauthorised access to other players' accounts or game data
• No cheating, exploiting bugs, or interfering with the Game's functionality
• No automated access, scraping, or tampering with game currency or purchases

6. Intellectual Property

The Game's design, code, artwork, and logos are owned by Wolf Technologies Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolf Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of virtual items or progress.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
